The criminal library, dubbed the “Red Museum”, is a police facility that stores the investigation materials and evidence of major crimes where the statute of limitations has run out. Its director Saeko Hiiro is impassive and not good at communicating with people. One day, Satoshi Terada of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigative Division is assigned to be Saeko’s subordinate. Although he is bewildered by Saeko’s dispassionate demeanor, Terada starts to organize the data which is the primary responsibility of the museum. He encounters a traffic accident on the way to collect evidence. A truck has hit someone. When Terada rushes over, the victim utters the mysterious words “25 years ago... murder swap” and breathes his last. Once Saeko hears this, she declares a reinvestigation.

In this investigation, filmmaker Timothy P. Mahoney examines the journey to the crossing location, looking at two competing views of the Red Sea Miracle. One he calls the “Egyptian Approach,” which looks near Egypt. The other he calls the “Hebrew Approach,” which looks far from Egypt to the Gulf of Aqaba where divers have been searching for the remains of Pharaoh’s army on the seafloor. The investigation raises giant questions about the real location for the crossing site and its implications on your view of God. The answers to these questions point to one of two very different realities.

A former alcoholic and a rich macho man are fighting for the attention of a young woman while the killer periodically hunts for the next victim.

The life of Detective Taris, one of the greatest criminal hunters in Italy, would have been prolonged if duty had not compelled him to be hated by the most noted gang of cut-throats that ever existed in the suburbs of Naples. Italy, under the leadership of Occhisbelli, the brains of the local Camora. Owing to heavy political activities, several large sums of money had been deposited in the Commercial Bank, Gerad, in order to meet the expenses of a general election. The bank had been victims of several small robberies lately, and the heavy deposits induced the director general to have a guard placed around the bank in order to safeguard the money entrusted in his care. The chief of the police, after consulting with the director, orders Detective Taris and a few trusted men, to keep watch on the bank. Occhisbelli, the Camorist, obtains reliable information as to the large amount of money deposited, but it is hard for him to break in. Some new way must be formed to enter the hank.

Toby the Pup, The Museum is only one of twelve cartoons produced and only seven still survive today. Created by animators Sid Marcus, Dick Huemer, and Art Davis. This cartoon is basically about a little dog who is a rather bad and cheeky museum cleaner. Not surprisingly, his boss is very impatient with him and urges him to keep cleaning. As the cleaner cleans, some of the things in the museum come to life.
